Description: Xiaoxun was born in a small village in Henan Province north China, where he had a very happy childhood. After living in big cities he realized his hometown is very poor. However, he didn’t even feel about it when he lived there for almost twenty years. Then he began to pay attention to issues about countryside and the great inequality between the rural and urban. His father and uncles are peasant-workers, so he is very interested in learning how to improve workers condition, to get paid fairly and to empower themselves and live with dignity. He ever participated in several workers strikes and did his internship in a labor organization for a month. He also enjoys sports like running, swimming and riding bicycles. In the summer of 2014, he rode about 1000km alone from Shanghai to home. He runs at least 10km one time for once or twice a week. In addition to that, he loves reading and listening to rock music.
