Description: Xie Xin, Shelley, worked with Juma Ventures, a youth development program that seeks to ensure that underserved youth are able to complete a four-year college education by combining professional skills training through employment in social enterprises, college preparation and academic support, as well as asset building. Shelley worked as a development associate, assisting with Juma's fundraising and developing a case study of Juma's revenue model.
