Description: Li Huiqing, Charisette, interned at Bay Area Video Coalition, a San Francisco-based non-profit organization based whose mission is to inspire social change by enabling the sharing of diverse stories through art, education and technology. Charisette worked with the Next Generation Youth Program, which consists of three projects, Digital Pathway, The Factory, and BUMP Records. Each of these projects work together to empower youth from low-income families so that they can tell stories in their own creative ways and achieve their artistic dreams.
