Description: Aljon Rae Alcoseba GROSPE is a 3rd year undergraduate at Lingnan University Hong Kong majoring in Marketing. He was born and raised in Hong Kong with Filipino ethnicity. His voluntary work ethos is to serve marginalized communities and utilize his talents to help others. He regularly helps at Rosary Church Life Teen, a Catholic English-speaking youth ministry dedicated to enriching teens’ faith. A graduate of the Teen Life program, he utilizes his passion for arts and photography to help with visual productions and provide logistic assistance. He also engages with the teens during sharing sessions. He initiated a YouTube channel named ‘Top Tips with Dr. Riz’ with his high-school teacher to provide guidance to ethnic minority youth in Hong Kong by answering their queries through short clips, acting as video editor and content producer. In the US, he hopes to learn how government and community leaders address migrant workers’ welfare and marginalized communities’ livelihood.
