Description: Sai Hang Tsui is a fourth year undergraduate student majoring in Social and Public Policy at Lingnan University in Hong Kong. He is a passionate individual who is open to challenges both in personal and societal level. As the president of Lingnan University Student Union Astronomy Society, he mentors students while stepping towards his dream of making our society a better place. His rich international experiences have made him become an open-minded person that he believes in the significance of individual dignity rather than the social categories that they belong.
