Description: Ivy worked at Resources for Community Development, a non-profit housing development corporation with the mission of creating and preserving affordable housing for people with the fewest options in Northern California. She worked in the main office as well as at several of RCD's housing sites, including a site in Oakland where she designed and managed an afterschool tutoring program for youth.
