Description: Cynthia So (Sin Fai So) (she/her/hers) is finishing her first year at Lingnan University in Hong Kong. Her study of Cultural Studies has led her to consider what large systemic and policy changes are needed to change society. She is interested in education, supporting immigrants, and mental health/wellness. In particular, she’s interested in learning more about the education system in the US. She hopes to incorporate what she learns in the US to help shift the education system in Asia. She is an empathetic person with experience working as a tutor and looks forward to supporting other students just as she has received support in the past. After graduating from university, she would like to pursue a career in education.
