Description: Amin was a final year undergraduate student at Lingnan University majoring in Human Resources Management when she participated in the Lingnan W.T. Chan Fellowship Program. She likes to step out of the comfort zone and takes new challenges. She is interested in positive youth development and youth empowerment. Her passion and continuous commitment in service-learning brought her into the program. As of October 2018, Amin is working as College Development Officer in Shaw College of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her major focus at work is overseeing the Student development programmes including community service, internship, summer/winter program, language program, meditation program, etc. Apart from her work, she is now serving as advisor for The Hong Kong Life Planning Association, an NGO which aims to empower youth to recognise, achieve and contribute self development with series of training and guidance.
