Description: Karmen Sin (Ka Man Sin) (she/her/hers) is a third year undergraduate student studying Marketing at Lingnan University in Hong Kong. She describes herself as an outgoing person, who looks forward to immersing herself in new cultures. Although she has prior experience in business oriented internships, she is curious and eager to learn about social issues impacting the US, in particular - unhoused communities, environmental justice, and workers’ rights. She is currently in an exchange program at Hanze University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands studying Medialism: the creation of short films. She looks forward to bringing her event planning & coordinating, marketing, and media skills and contributing to a community-based organization in the US while broadening her horizons.
